My New Blog
by yves on Mar.10, 2009, under Welcome
After a few months of blogging about my running in multiply, I now have created my own running blog.. BeCoolRunner.com – a newbie runner from the Bicol Region. Some of the older post were from my multiply blog.
I’ll be keeping this blog to document my journey in achieving my dream – A lifetime of Running.
I want to start this journal by showing pictures of the guys that inspires me to get up and run. God willing someday I will have the same photo taken when I’m at that age in my life.

71 year old guy Mr. Vicente Caurez, just talk to him and you’ll be inspired…

Sir Baldrunner, his advocacy and his passion..
My support group…

Martin, my running buddy (sometimes hehe), he also talked me into my first Milo 5k, and joined me on my first 10k.

JCI-Junior Chamber International Legazpi
-through fate, friendships where formed and strengthened because…
We believe:
That faith in God gives meaning and purpose to human life;
That the brotherhood of man transcends the sovereignty of nations;
That economic justice can best be won by free men through free enterprise;
That government should be of laws rather than of men;
That earth’s great treasure lies in human personality;
And that service to humanity is the best work of life.

My Girlfriend who came up with such a cool name “Be Cool Runner”

Hi thanks, the difficulty level in running the MTR will depend on the speed your running, if you pace just to finish, which is also encourage making it your lsd or think of it as adventure running, the 3:30 cut off time should be more than enough to finish. Hope you join:)
