my urgent question–will my adidas (awesome) RUNNING shoes survive the trail?

    please say yes.

    =)

  • admin (author) said:

Your (awesome) adidas should be able to handle the trail, but be prepared to soak it in the river, get it all muddy, and run in very rocky sandy surfaces. Our second placer last year finished barefoot. Check this out

thank you for your reply on my queries re: hotel accommodation. Please bear with because i have another concern, it’s about the philvocs press release that mayon volcano is on alert level 2, i know it’s still a month to go before the race but is it safe to run even if it’s alert level 2. fyi, i already registered and booked a flight & hotel for the race. thank you.

How are aid stations spaced along the route and what are the standard provisions per table? Also, the Start/Finish areas are quite some distance away from each other. How will the baggage check-in be handled? Will the check-in be at the start area and the baggage transported? Important knowledge for race planning. Please advise ASAP.
